You don't have to just take our word for it.
Before you start, for most services, we give you a conservative estimate of what month one should produce — leads, traffic, or whatever the honest success metric is for your build. If we don't hit that benchmark, you don't pay our service fees for that month.
- You only pay for your actual media spend, paid directly to Google or Microsoft
- There are no long-term contracts
- You can walk away after month one if the results aren't there
That's our Quality Leads Guarantee.
Why we can offer this
Most agencies sell you a retainer and hope you don't look too closely at month three. We'd rather be measured in month one, because the way we build makes month one measurable.
Every build ships with analytics wired in from day one — not bolted on later. You see the same numbers we see. When we set a benchmark, we're setting it against a system we can actually observe, which is why we can be conservative about it and still be confident.
What counts as a "good-quality lead"
We define this with you, in writing, before the build starts. It's not left vague on purpose, because vague definitions are how agencies wriggle out of guarantees.
For a service business, a quality lead usually means a real person in your service area who contacted you about work you actually do — a call, a form submission, or a booked consultation. Spam, wrong-number calls, and out-of-area inquiries don't count toward the benchmark. Neither do your existing customers finding you by name.
What the guarantee does not cover
Being straight with you about the edges:
- Media spend is never refunded. That money goes to Google or Microsoft, not to us. We can't return what we never held.
- The benchmark is for services where leads are the point. A brand site or an internal tool gets a different agreed success metric, defined the same way — in writing, before we start.
- It assumes you're reachable. If leads come in and go unanswered for days, the system worked and the follow-up didn't. We'll tell you that plainly, and we'll help you fix it.
What happens if we miss
You tell us, or we tell you — usually we see it first, since we're watching the same dashboard. We waive our service fee for that month. Then you decide whether month two is worth it.
No clawback clauses, no "cure period," no arguing about attribution windows. If we said a number and the number didn't happen, we didn't earn the fee.
The honest caveat
A guarantee is not a promise that every business idea works. If the underlying offer is priced wrong, or the market for it isn't there, a well-built website will surface that faster — not fix it. What we're guaranteeing is our execution, measured against a benchmark we set conservatively on purpose.
That's usually the more useful guarantee anyway. Finding out in thirty days costs a lot less than finding out in a year.
